It is important to remember that honoco inc Road Association was developed to maintain adequate easement. Our homes require safe passage for our vehicles, emergency and service vehicles. At least 12 foot is needed for emergency vehicles. Please remember when parking to keep the easement. The 10 mph speed limit speed limit is for your safety. Many homes are only several feet off the road. IF you are approaching oncoming traffic, the car closest to the pull off should pull over.
